The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful antique furniture and elegant floral patterns that reminded me of my grandmother's house. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with clear signage, ramps, and spacious corridors that made it easy for me to navigate with my walker.
I would have liked to see more engagement and assistance from the staff, particularly the young employees. A little more care and attention to the needs of senior guests would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Quattro Chiavi! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was lovely, clean, and in the perfect location. We were able to walk to all the attractions easily. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. Antonella, the landlady, was very nice and made sure we had a great experience. Our children didn't want to leave, they loved it so much. Thank you again for a fabulous stay!
Would recommend this hotel.

The location was marvellous for exploring Massimo Theater, that is set at a medium distance from the apartment. Staff was very helpful, helped us with everything. We loved early check-in too. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were available for cooking.

Stayed at a place with free WiFi and a terrace. Could entertain myself with a 32-inch LED TV. Great time!
Oh, how I missed a washing machine! But who needs one when there's a laundry service right across the street?

Centrally located apartment at a fair price. Recently renovated complex with spacious, nicely furnished rooms. High ceilings in the bedroom and inviting balconies. Helpful host available over the phone. Modern studio with comfortable bed, good wifi, and clean facilities. Convenient supermarket nearby. Perfect location in the heart of the city, but away from noise. Great private terrace and access to Mondello beach. Equipped for a romantic getaway or group stay with additional single beds.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance to everything. The room is nice and comfortable, with extra touches provided by the hostess and her family. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with a good shower and lighting. The hostess and her family are warm, welcoming, and always available to help with any issues. Plus, there is a lovely roof terrace that offers a fabulous bonus.
Not recommended for families with small children or anyone with a physical disability due to the sleeping space being up a flight of stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located apartment in Palermo. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had a modern look. The provided guide in the apartment was a great resource for exploring the city and finding delicious places to eat. The supermarket next door was very convenient, and the apartment felt safe for a solo traveler like myself. I highly recommend this apartment for its location, amenities, and helpful host.
The Wi-Fi had some intermittent issues , but the host made efforts to address the problem.

Stayed at a place that felt like home, except with a terrace. Enjoyed irritating my neighbors with 32-inch LED TV entertainment available and free WiFi from the comfort of my soundproofed apartment.
Such a shame the male host couldn't match the lady's lovely, warm and polite attitude.

Stayed at a place with a "terrace" - fancy word for a balcony. Wi-Fi was actually free. Got to watch a 32-inch LED TV, just like at home!
The apartment had "soundproofing" - couldn't even hear the chaos outside, such a bummer!

Great apartment in perfect location, friendly welcome and helpful staff. Lovely apartment with everything we needed, including a private terrace. Clean and nicely furnished. Good access to the beach, just a short walk to the bus station. Supermarket nearby. Owners are friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. Highly recommend this place.
No washing machine, but laundry service across the street. Only AC for heating, which seems to be common in Sicily.

The room at Le Quattro Chiavi was absolutely cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home with the equipped kitchen and living room area. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay in Palermo.
Personally, I found the air conditioning in the apartment a bit too cold at times. But hey, some people might appreciate the crisp coolness during hot summer months.
